Hadith 10:1070
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Ismail bin Abi Khalid, regarding a woman who married during her waiting period (idda). Al-Sha’bi said: She shall restart three menstrual cycles (quru’) and complete what remained for her from the first (waiting period). And Ibrahim said: She shall complete what remained from the first (waiting period) and restart three menstrual cycles (quru’).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن إبراهيم والشعبي في امرأة تزوجت في عدتها قال الشعبي تستأنف ثلاثة قروء وتكمل ما بقي عليها من الأول وقال إبراهيم تكمل ما بقي من الأول وتستأنف ثلاثة قروء
