Hadith 10:1071
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Abd al-Malik bin Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from his father, from al-Hakam, who said: They are to be separated, and she shall complete her waiting period (iddah) from the first [husband], and she shall observe the waiting period from the second [husband]. She shall have the dowry (mahr) for what he made lawful of her private parts. When her waiting period has ended, she may marry him or someone else if she wishes.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن عبد الملك بن أبي غنية عن أبيه عن الحكم قال يفرق بينهما وتكمل عدتها من الأول وتعتد من مال الآخر ويكون لها المهر بما استحل من فرجها فإذا انقضت عدتها فلتتزوجه أو غيره إن شاءت
