Hadith 10:1074
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Hassan ibn al-Mukhariq, that al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali said: "He shall not approach her until she completes her waiting period," or he said, "until she menstruates."
