Hadith 10:1079
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Ata', who said: If the year has passed, she shall observe the waiting period ('iddah) of a divorced woman after the year, even if he did not divorce her.
