Hadith 10:1083
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi and al-Hakam. They both said regarding a Muslim man who apostatizes from Islam and joins the land of the enemy: They said, "She shall observe a waiting period of three menstrual cycles if she menstruates, and if she does not menstruate, then three months, and if she is pregnant, then until she delivers her burden. Then she may marry if she wishes." "And if he returns and repents before her waiting period expires, they remain upon their marriage."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم قالا في الرجل المسلم يرتد عن الإسلام ويلحق بأرض العدو قالا تعتد ثلاثة قروء إن كانت تحيض وإن كانت لا تحيض فثلاثة أشهر وإن كانت حاملا فتضع حملها ثم تزوج إن شاءت وإن هو رجع فتاب قبل أن تنقضي عدتها يثبتان على نكاحهما
