Hadith 10:1084
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Hasan, who said: If a man apostatizes from Islam, his wife is separated from him by an irrevocable divorce (talaq ba'in). There is no way for him over her if he returns, and she must observe the waiting period ('iddah) of a divorced woman.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن إسماعيل عن الحسن قال إذا ارتد الرجل عن الإسلام فقد بانت منه امرأته بتطليقة بائنة فليس عليها سبيل إن رجع وتعتد عدة المطلقة
