Hadith 10:1086
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn Abd al-Rahman, who said: I asked al-Sha'bi about a dhimmi woman who was divorced, then she embraced Islam during her waiting period. He said: If she embraces Islam during her waiting period, what applies to Muslim women applies to her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن زياد بن عبد الرحمن قال سألت الشعبي عن إمرأة ذمية طلقت فأسلمت في عدتها قال إذا أسلمت في عدتها لزمها ما لزم المسلمات
