Hadith 10:1087
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Abu Hurrah, who said: Al-Hasan was asked about a Christian woman and a Christian man, and she accepted Islam. Is there a separation between them? He said: Yes. He said: Is there an *iddah* (waiting period) upon her? He said: Yes, upon her is an *iddah* of three menstrual cycles or three months.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن مهدي عن أبي حرة قال سئل الحسن عن نصرانية ونصراني فأسلمت يفرق بينهما قال نعم قال عليها عدة قال نعم عليها عدة ثلاث حيض أو ثلاثة أشهر
