Hadith 10:109
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Qabisa narrated to us, he said: Yunus bin Abi Ishaq narrated to us, from Adam, the freed slave of Khalid, from Sa’id bin Jubayr, who said: Ibn Abbas said: Allah the Exalted said: "O you who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them." There is no divorce until there is a marriage.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا قبيصة قال نا يونس بن أبي إسحاق عن آدم مولى خالد عن سعيد بن جبير قال قال بن عباس قال الله تعالى @QB@ يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا نكحتم المؤمنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل أن تمسوهن @QE@ 1 فلا يكون الطلاق حتى يكون النكاح
