Hadith 10:1090
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Sa’id bin al-Musayyib and al-Hasan, regarding the one who marries a Jewish or Christian woman over a Muslim woman: He said: He shall divide [his time] between them equally. Her divorce is the divorce of a free woman, and her waiting period (‘idda) is likewise.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب والحسن فيمن تزوج اليهودية أو النصرانية على المسلمة قال يقسم بينهما سواء وطلاقها طلاق حرة وعدتها كذلك
