Hadith 10:1091
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ubaydah, from Ibrahim, who said: The divorce of the Jewess and the Christian woman is the divorce of the free woman, and their waiting period is the waiting period of the free woman, and he divides [his time] for them just as he divides for the free woman.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الله بن نمير عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال طلاق اليهودية والنصرانية طلاق الحرة وعدتهما عدة الحرة ويقسم لهما كما يقسم للحرة
