Hadith 10:1095
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Layth, from Abu Amr al-Abdi, from Ali, who said: If she delivers a child and another child remains in her womb, then he (the husband) has more right to her as long as she has not delivered the other.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن ليث عن أبي عمرو العبدي عن علي قال إذا وضعت ولدا وبقي في بطنها ولد فهو أحق بها ما لم تضع الآخر
