Hadith 10:1096
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ata’ bin Maysarah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: If she delivers a child and there remains a child in her womb, he is more entitled to her return (reconciliation) as long as she has not delivered the other.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن بن جريج عن عطاء بن ميسرة عن بن عباس قال إذا وضعت ولدا وبقي في بطنها ولد فهو أحق برجعتها ما لم تضع الآخر
