Hadith 10:1098
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id bin Abi Arubah, from Qatadah, from Sa’id bin al-Musayyib, ‘Ata’, and Sulayman bin Yasar, regarding a man who divorces his wife one divorce, and she delivers a child, and there is another in her womb, and her husband takes her back in between that. They said: If he wishes, he may take her back until she delivers the other one from her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب وعطاء وسليمان بن يسار في الرجل يطلق امرأته تطليقة فتضع ولدا فيكون في بطنها آخر فراجعها زوجها فيما بين ذلك قالوا إن شاء راجعها حتى تضع الآخر منها
