Hadith 10:1102
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ibn Hanzala narrated to us, from al-Sha’bi, he said: He is more entitled to her as long as she has not laid down the other.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع قال نا بن حنظلة عن الشعبي قال هو أحق بها ما لم تضع الآخر
