Hadith 10:1103
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: If a man dies or divorces his wife while she is pregnant, and she delivers a child, and another remains in her womb, then her waiting period ('iddah) has ended with the first.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن قال إذا توفي الرجل أو طلق امرأته وهي حامل فوضعت ولدا وبقي في بطنها آخر فقد انقضت عدتها بالأول
