Hadith 10:1132
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Ata', from Ibn 'Abbas, that he used to see no harm for women who were divorced three times, and those whose husbands had died, to perform Hajj during their waiting period ('iddah).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن عطاء عن بن عباس أنه كان لا يرى بأسا للمطلقات ثلاثا والمتوفى عنهن أزواجهن أن يحججن في عدتهن
