Hadith 10:115
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Kathir ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Ja'far ibn Burqan, from Habib ibn Abi Marzuq, from 'Ata', who said: If a man stipulates to a woman at the time of the marriage contract that every woman he marries over her is divorced, and every concubine he takes is free, it is binding upon him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان عن حبيب بن أبي مرزوق عن عطاء قال إذا الرجل شرط للمرأة عند عقد النكاح أن كل امرأة يتزوجها عليها فهي طالق وكل سرية يتسرى فهي حرة جاز عليه
