Hadith 10:1152
Muhammad ibn Maysar, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, from Ibn ‘Abbas, and from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, both said: The woman whose husband has died may observe her waiting period (‘iddah) wherever she wishes.
