Hadith 10:1155
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa’id narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who divorced his wife, and she menstruated once or twice, and she married during her waiting period, and her waiting period ended while she was with her [new] husband. He said: She is separated from him by one divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل طلق امرأته فحاضت حيضة أو حيضتين وتزوجت في عدتها فانقضت عدتها عند زوجها فقال بانت منه بتطليقة
