Hadith 10:1160
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hakam, he said: If her husband dies and leaves her—meaning the slave woman—she shall observe an 'iddah (waiting period) of two months and five nights.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن يونس عن الحكم قال إن توفي عنها زوجها يعني الأمة اعتدت شهرين وخمس ليال
