Hadith 10:1163
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa narrated to us, from Layth ibn Sa’d, from Bukayr, from Ibn al-Musayyib and Ibn Qusayt, regarding the slave woman whose free husband dies: her waiting period (‘iddah) is two months and five days.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شبابة عن ليث بن سعد عن بكير عن بن المسيب وبن قسيط في الأمة إذا توفي عنها زوجها حرا فعدتها شهران وخمسة أيام
