Hadith 10:1182
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Sha'bi, from Umayr ibn Yazid, who said: I was sitting with Shurayh when a man came disputing with a woman. She said: "He divorced me and did not inform me of the revocation until my waiting period had passed, and I married [another] and my husband consummated the marriage with me." Shurayh said: "Did you not inform her of the revocation just as you informed her of the divorce?" He did not respond to him regarding it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن فضيل عن الشعبي عن عمير بن يزيد قال كنت قاعدا عند شريح فجاء رجل يخاصم امراة فقالت طلقني ولم يعلمني الرجعة حتى مضت عدتي وتزوجت ودخل بي زوجي فقال شريح ألا أعلمتها الرجعة كما أعلمتها الطلاق فلم يردها عليه
