Hadith 10:1183
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Amr, from Jabir ibn Zayd, who said: If he divorces her, then does not inform her of the revocation until the waiting period expires, and she marries [another], and the second husband consummates the marriage with her, then he has no claim.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن بن جريج عن عمرو عن جابر بن زيد قال إذا طلقها ثم لم يخبرها بالرجعة حتى تنقضي العدة فتزوجت فدخل بها الزوج الثاني فلا شيء له
