Hadith 10:1186
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda narrated to us, from Sa'id, from 'Umar ibn 'Amir, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, that 'Ali used to say: "He is more entitled to her, whether he has consummated the marriage with her or has not consummated the marriage with her."
