Hadith 10:1189
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Khalid narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, regarding a man who divorced his wife, then sent the revocation to her, but the revocation did not reach her until she married [someone else]. He said: She has become irrevocably separated from him. And if the revocation reached her before she married, then she is his wife.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حماد بن خالد عن بن أبي ذئب عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب في رجل طلق امرأته ثم بعث إليها بالرجعة فلم تأتها الرجعة حتى تزوجت قال بانت منه وإن أدركها الرجعة قبل أن تزوج فهي امرأته
