Hadith 10:119
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Umar, who said: I asked al-Qasim about a man who said, "On the day I marry so-and-so, she is divorced." He said: "She is divorced." And Umar was asked about [a man who said], "On the day I marry so-and-so, she is [unlawful to me] like the back of my mother." He said: "He shall not marry her until he offers expiation."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن عبد الله بن عمر قال سألت القاسم عن رجل قال يوم أتزوج فلانة فهي طالق قال طالق وسئل عمر يوم أتزوج فلانة فهي علي ظهر أمي قال لا يتزوجها حتى يكفر
