Hadith 10:1195
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Husayn, from Ibn Sirin, who said: The woman observes her waiting period ('iddah) from her husband while he is absent from the day he dies or from the day he divorces.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن حصين عن بن سيرين قال تعتد المرأة من زوجها وهو غائب من يوم يموت أو من يوم يطلق
