Hadith 10:120
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Muhammad ibn Qays, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad: That he divorced a woman before he married her. So he asked Ibn Mas’ud, and he said: "Inform her of the divorce, then marry her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن سفيان عن محمد بن قيس عن إبراهيم عن الأسود أنه طلق امرأة قبل أن يتزوجها فسأل بن مسعود فقال أعلمها بالطلاق ثم تزوجها
