Hadith 10:1207
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, who said: If the witnesses testify regarding a divorce or a death, then her waiting period (‘iddah) begins from that day.
