Hadith 10:121
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Umar ibn Hamza, that he asked Salim, and al-Qasim, and Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, and Abu Bakr ibn Amr ibn Hazm, and Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman, about a man who said: "On the day I marry so-and-so, she is irrevocably divorced." They all said: "He should not marry her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن عمر بن حمزة أنه سأل سالما والقاسم وأبا بكر بن عبد الرحمن وابا بكر بن عمرو بن حزم وعبد الله بن عبد الرحمن عن رجل قال يوم أتزوج فلانة فهي طالق البتة فقالوا كلهم لا يتزوجها
