Hadith 10:1212
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, he said: She shall observe the waiting period (iddah) from the day he died or divorced, when the evidence is established.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال تعتد من يوم مات أو طلق إذا قامت البينة
