Hadith 10:1213
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from Muhammad, he said: The woman begins her waiting period ('iddah) from the day he died or divorced, when the evidence is established.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن محمد قال تعتد المرأة من يوم مات أو طلق إذا قامت البينة
