Hadith 10:1221
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, that when he would pronounce a divorce for which he possessed the right of return, he would not enter until he sought permission. And Al-Sha’bi said: Our companions used to say: He should strike with his sandals.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن بن أبي ليلى عن نافع عن بن عمر أنه كان إذا طلق طلاقا يملك الرجعة لم يدخل حتى يستأذن وقال الشعبي كان أصحابنا يقولون يخفق بنعليه
