Hadith 10:1250
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, that Asma bint Uthman’s husband died, and her eye became inflamed. She sent to Aisha asking her, and she forbade her from applying antimony (kohl) to her eye, even if your eye were to be ruined.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة أن أسماء بنت عثمان توفى زوجها فرمدت عينها فبعثت إلى عائشة تسألها فنهتها أن تكتحل بالاثمد وإن انفضحت عينك
