Hadith 10:1259
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from 'Amr ibn Dinar, that Ibn 'Abbas said: "There is no maintenance for the woman whose husband has died while she is pregnant." And Ibn al-Zubayr judged accordingly among us.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن مهدي عن شعبة عن عمرو بن دينار أن بن عباس قال المتوفى عنها وهي حامل لا نفقة لها وقضى به فينا بن الزبير
