Hadith 10:126
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from al-Zuhri and Makhul, regarding the man who says, "Every woman I marry is divorced," that they both make that binding upon him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري ومكحول في الرجل يقول كل امرأة أتزوجها فهي طالق أنهما يوجبان ذلك عليه
