Hadith 10:1265
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Zakariya, from Ibn Ashwa’, who said: Shurayh and the judges of the people of Kufa used to say: "She is to be provided for from the entirety of the wealth."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن إدريس عن زكريا عن بن أشوع قال كان شريح وقضاة أهل الكوفة يقولون ينفق عليها من جميع المال
