Hadith 10:127
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Sulayman narrated to us, he said: I asked Sa'id ibn Jubayr about a man who says, "Every woman I marry is divorced." He said: "How can he divorce what he does not possess? Divorce is only after the marriage contract."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة قال نا عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان قال سألت سعيد بن جبير عن الرجل يقول كل امرأة أتزوجها فهي طالق قال كيف تطلق ما لا تملك إنما الطلاق بعد النكاح
