Hadith 10:1273
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, he said: Umar said: "If a woman is divorced and she menstruates once or twice, then her menstruation is lifted from her, she shall observe the waiting period for menstruation for three months, then she shall observe the waiting period for pregnancy for nine months, then she becomes lawful for men."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد بن المسيب قال قال عمر إذاطلقت المرأة فحاضت حيضة أو حيضتين ثم رفعتها حيضتها اعتدت للمحيض ثلاثة أشهر ثم اعتدت للحمل تسعة أشهر ثم حلت للرجال
