Hadith 10:128
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, from Ibn Abbas and Ibn Mas’ud, they both said regarding a man who divorced his wife three times before he had consummated the marriage with her: She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن مطرف عن الحكم عن بن عباس وبن مسعود قالا في رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثا قبل أن يدخل بها لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
