Hadith 10:1283
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il, from al-Sha’bi, he said: Whatever the two arbitrators decide is permissible.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن إسماعيل عن الشعبي قال ما قضى الحكمان جائز
