Hadith 10:1284
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah, he said: The two arbitrators, if they wish, they may unite [the couple], and if they wish, they may separate [them].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن علي بن مبارك عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن أبي سلمة قال الحكمان إن شاءا جمعا وإن شاءا فرقا
