Hadith 10:1286
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Asbat ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, who said: If the two arbitrators disagree, he said: An arbitrator is appointed for them, and others are placed [in their stead]. And if they agree, their judgment is valid.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أسباط بن محمد عن مطرف عن الحكم قال إذا الحكمان اختلفا قال حكم لهما ويجعل غيرهما وإن اتفقا جاز حكمهما
