Hadith 10:1290
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, he said: I asked him about a man who is unable to provide the maintenance of his wife. He said: He must either provide maintenance or divorce.
