Hadith 10:1292
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from al-Hasan, he said: If a man is unable to provide the maintenance of his wife, they shall not be separated.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن عمرو عن الحسن قال إذا عجز الرجل عن نفقة امرأته لم يفرق بينهما
