Hadith 10:1294
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked Hammad about a man who married a woman and did not have what he could spend [on her]. He said: "He is granted a delay of one year." I said: "And if he does not find [anything]?" He said: "He divorces her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة قال سالت حمادا عن رجل تزوج امرأة ولم يكن عنده ما ينفق قال يؤجل سنة قلت فإن لم يجد قال يطلقها
