Hadith 10:131
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Bukayr bin Abdullah bin al-Ashajj, from a man from the Ansar who is called Mu'awiyah, that Ibn Abbas, Abu Hurayrah, and Aisha said: "It is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة عن يحيى بن سعيد عن بكير بن عبد الله بن الأشج عن رجل من الأنصار يقال له معاوية أن بن عباس وأبا هريرة وعائشة قالوا لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
