Hadith 10:1311
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa'id narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, he said: I asked Ibn al-Zubayr about a man who divorced his wife while he was ill, then he died. He said: "Uthman granted inheritance to the daughter of Asbagh al-Kalbiyyah, but as for me, I do not consider that a woman who has been irrevocably divorced should inherit."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن سعيد عن بن جريج عن بن أبي مليكة قال سالت بن الزبير عن رجل طلق امرأته وهو مريض ثم مات فقال قد ورث عثمان ابنة أصبغ الكلبية وأما أنا فلا أرى أن ترث مبتوتة
