Hadith 10:1314
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, from Shurayh, who said: Urwa al-Bariqi came to me from Umar regarding a man who divorces his wife three times during his terminal illness: She inherits from him as long as she is in her waiting period (iddah), but he does not inherit from her.
